Feigin Movsas (Mowsas) (Movsha) (28 March 1908, Dvinsk, Vitebsk Governorate — 11 June 1950, Buenos Aires) — chess player.

Movsas Feigin became the Latvian chess champion in 1932 (after a playoff). He participated in many Latvian chess championships.

He represented Latvia in five official Chess Olympiads. In 1936, he took 3rd place at the unofficial Chess Olympiad in Munich.

In 1939, when World War II began, he decided—together with other participants of the 8th Chess Olympiad—to remain in Argentina, where he continued to compete in chess tournaments.
