Falkova (née Borovik) Dina Izrailovna (22 May 1899, Lyutsin, Vitebsk province — 1969, Riga) — teacher.

Dina Falkova was born into the family of a community rabbi and a teacher. At the age of 13, she entered the Dvinsk Women’s Gymnasium named after A.A. Savitskaya, which she graduated from in 1915.

In 1916, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the Bestuzhev Higher Women’s Courses in Petrograd, but poverty and the war prevented her from continuing her studies. From 1920, she studied at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Latvia, graduating in January 1928 with the degree of Candidate of Mathematical Sciences. She also attended summer Jewish teacher training courses.

She began her teaching career in 1915 at a progymnasium in Dubrovna (Mogilev province). From 15 August 1916 to 1 June 1920, she worked as a teacher at the Ludza City Primary School, and later at the Daugavpils Jewish City Secondary School.

From 1928, she taught mathematics at several Jewish educational institutions in Riga, including the 3rd Riga Jewish City Primary School, the Jewish Private Real Gymnasium of P.A. Dolgikh, the 7th Riga Jewish City Primary School, the Riga Jewish Public Gymnasium and Primary School, the Riga Jewish Private Primary School and Gymnasium of engineer-technician Ya. L. Landau, and the Private Jewish Secondary and Primary School of S. Gorfinkel.

Her husband was engineer Mikhail Falkov (1899–1964). Their children were Israel Falkov (1935–2008, USA) and Elina Falkenstein (born 1937).
