Dumesh (Dumesch) (née Cherfas) Sara (22 December 1935, Riga – 30 November 2007, USA) – doctor, teacher.

During World War II, Sara Dumesh was evacuated. In 1959, she graduated from the Riga Medical Institute. Until 1960, she worked at the Daugavpils City Hospital, then at the Republican Hospital in Riga. In 1967, she became a candidate of medical sciences, and in 1975, an associate professor at the Riga Medical Institute. Under the guidance of Professor Y.
