Deitsch (Deich) Isaak Semyonovich (born November 1893, Samarkand, Uzbekistan — date and place of death unknown) — Soviet film studio administration executive.

Isaak Deitsch was born into a family of theatrical makeup artists and completed seven years of gymnasium studies in 1911. From 1912 to 1914, he worked as an assistant projectionist in a Samarkand cinema, and in 1914–1917 served as the theatre’s administrator. Between 1917 and 1920, he was authorized representative of a film distribution office in Baku, Azerbaijan, and in 1920 became a member of the Film and Photo Workers’ Union.

From 1920 to 1923, Deitsch managed cinemas and the cinema department within the Photo‑Cinema Directorate of the People’s Commissariat for Azerbaijan. From 1923 to 1948, he held various leadership and administrative roles in production and distribution of feature films across Azerbaijan, and was repeatedly elected to the plenum and presidium of the film workers’ union’s district committee.

In 1948, Deitsch relocated to Riga, where he took the position of “film director” (director responsible for production oversight) at the Riga Film Studio. He was awarded medals “For the Defense of the Caucasus” and “For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945,” and received an Honorary Diploma from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Latvian SSR for his excellent contribution to the film “Song Festival of Soviet Latvia.”
