Danziger Didrich (7 July 1880, Jelgava – after 1941) — lawyer.

Didrich Danziger was born in Jelgava to a pharmacist’s family; his father’s name was Leon, his mother’s name — Charlotte (née Stern). He was educated at Jelgava Gymnasium and graduated from Riga City Gymnasium. He completed one year of military service in the Russian Army. From 1901, he studied medicine at Moscow University, switching to law in 1905 at Saint Petersburg University, where he graduated in 1909.

In 1911, he became an assistant barrister in Saint Petersburg, and on 13 December 1916, was granted the title of sworn attorney. In September 1918, he was arrested by the State Extraordinary Commission and spent seven months in detention. In May 1919, he was mobilised into the Red Army.

As a Latvian citizen, he was demobilised in 1920 and returned to Latvia. From 4 January 1922, he worked as a sworn attorney in Riga and, from 1938, in Jelgava.

During the Soviet occupation, he was arrested on 25 February 1941 for currency speculation. In March 1941, he was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. His subsequent fate remains unknown.

He was married to Anna Kalmansohn (18 June 1888 – 13 March 1927). They had three children: a daughter, Irmgarde (b. 10 June 1916), and two sons, Edgar (b. 25 January 1918) and Dorian Daniel (b. 1 March 1923).
