Damsky Isaak Moiseevich (1908–unknown) — mechanic, party official, and factory manager.

Isaac Damsky began his working life in 1926 as a fitter at a textile factory. Between 1931 and 1934, he served as a propaganda instructor for the district party committee, party organiser at a collective farm, and head of the party office of the Dunavec district committee in Vinnytsia Oblast. From 1934 to 1937, he was appointed director of a fish-smoking plant.

In 1937, he was unjustly subjected to political repression and detained in a labour camp (ITL) until 1942. He was fully rehabilitated and reinstated into the Communist Party in 1958. From 1942 to 1951, he was employed at the Dalstroy construction and mining department of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD), working in roles such as storekeeper, tool handler, dispatcher in the vehicle fleet, store manager, responsible operative at the Pioneer mine, and bakery supervisor.

In 1952, Isaak Damsky relocated to Riga, where he continued his career in various posts: fitter at the “Adu Galantereya” artel, dispatcher for the “Kavkaz” restaurant, senior storekeeper, buffet manager, and foreman of canteen No. 10.
