Dameshek Aron Khaimovich (30 July 1956, Daugavpils) — electrical engineer.

Aron Dameshek was born into a working-class family. In 1980, he graduated from the Riga Polytechnic Institute. While studying, from 1976 to 1979, he worked in various roles, including electrical fitter at the Daugavpils motorcycle and bicycle chain plant, security guard for the VOHR service, electrical fitter at the Daugavpils Chain Production Plant, tourism instructor at the “Sauleskalns” tourist base, and electrical installer at the VEF plant.

In 1980–1981, he worked as a commissioning engineer at the Daugavpils Chain Production Plant, and in 1981–1982, as a design engineer at the “Sarkana Zvaigzne” motorcycle plant in Riga. During his career, he co-authored several rationalisation proposals, which resulted in a total economic benefit of 30,000 roubles.
