Brilovich (Brilowitch) Moisei (30.05.1953, Riga) — driver.
Moisei Brilovich was the son of Mendel Brilovich (1931, Krustpils) and Zissa Brilovich (née Toder) (1934, Kārsava). In 1970, completed 10 grades of secondary school. In 1970–71, attended driver training courses. In 1971, worked as a driver at the Latvian Directorate of the Receiving Television Network. In 1971, Moisei Brilovich received permission to emigrate to Israel at the invitation of his mother’s aunt, Gita Tsepliovich (1912, Rezekne District).
