Bespechansky Boris Yefimovich (6 April 1947, Riga) — administrative clerk.
In 1966, Boris Bespechansky graduated from the Riga Electromechanical Technical School with a speciality as a design technician. He worked at the VEF (Valsts Elektrotehniskā Fabrika) electrical engineering factory. From 1967 to 1968, he served as a classified records clerk in a unit of the Soviet Army, and from 1968 to 1969, he was head of classified records management.
