Bergman Mikhail Nosonovich (6.02.1960, Riga) - physician.

Mikhail Bergman was born into the family of engineer Noson Berovich Bergman (1929, Riga) and dentist Shulia Mozusovna Bergman (Shusterman) (1934, Rezekne). He graduated from Riga Secondary School No. 22 (1977), then Riga Medical Institute (1983). Worked as a phthisiatrician at Preila Tuberculosis Hospital (1983-1985).

In 1985 Mikhail Bergman received permission to emigrate to Israel, where his uncle (his father's brother) - Shleima (Shloma) Berovich Bergman (1927, Riga) - had been living since 1971.
