Ber Silva Leizerovna (31.12.1953, Riga) – hairdresser.

Silva Ber was the daughter of Leizer Ber (1896, Livani – 1959, Riga) and Tamara Ber (born 1926, Pushkin District, Pskov Region).

In 1973, she graduated from Riga Evening School No. 25 for Working Youth.

In 1969–1970 she was an apprentice hairdresser and starting from 1970 – women's hairstylist at the Laimdota enterprise.

In 1974, Silva Ber was granted permission to emigrate to Israel.
