Zingarenko (Aktsina) Rashel (Shelly) — pianist, teacher. In 1938, enrolled in the junior course at the Latvian Conservatory; studies were interrupted during World War II. Graduated from the conservatory in 1951 (class of N. Dauge). From 1958, worked at the Music College named after Jāzeps Mediņš in the specialist piano department as teacher and head of department. One of the best teachers in Latvia.
