Zhukovsky Ilya Itsikovich (born 1 September 1953, Riga) — mechanic-driver.
After graduating from Technical School No. 13 with a specialisation in auto mechanic in 1974–75,Ilya Zhukovsky worked as a driver for TTU (Riga), in 1975–76 as a driver for the sanitary transport depot, in 1976 as a driver for the production transport training association, in 1976–77 as a driver for the Gosstroy production base, and in 1977–79 as a driver for the production transport training association. From 1977 to 1979, he was a driver at the Latvian Radio Centre. In 1977, he married Polina Lyak. Daughter: Diana Zhukovskaya (born 1977, Riga). Father: Itsik Smirin (born 1920, Ludza). Mother: Maria Zhukovskaya. Sisters: Zhanna Viktorovna Zhukovskaya (born 1949, Saldus), Khaya Itsikovna Panchauskas(born 1950, Ludza).
