Zhuk Ilya Iosifovich Zhuk (born 5 January 1960, Riga) - chemical engineer.
From 1977 to 1982, Ilya Zhuk studied at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Riga Polytechnic Institute, where he studied the chemical technology of biologically active compounds. In 1981, he began working as a chemical engineer at the experimental plant of the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis, and from 1982 to 1984, he was a technologist at the Riga Medical Preparations Plant. In 1984, he returned to the experimental plant of the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis as a chemical engineer.
