Zel Mikhail Mayrimovich (29.3.1946, Riga) – electrician. In 1966 he graduated from Evening School No. 24 for working youth in Riga. Since 1962 he worked as an electrician at Repair and Construction Department No. 1 of the Riga City Repair Trust.
In the 1960s he applied for permission to emigrate to Israel to join the brothers of his mother, Eida Zel (née Glatsman) Zel (1906, Kuldiga).
