Zel Bella Khaimovna (1949)

Zel (Seel) (Beker, Neidlin) Bella Khaimovna (19 March 1949, Ventspils) — mechanic.

Bella’s mother, Khaya Abramovna Neidlin (née Beker), a native of Tukums, was imprisoned in Ventspils in 1948–1949, where Bella was born. In 1967, she graduated from Tukums Secondary School No. 2. From 1967, she worked as an electromechanical fitter at the “Avtoelektropribor” factory in Tukums. In her marriage to Shlem-Leib Leibovich Zel (1947, Riga), a son, Boris-Shlem Shlemovich Zel (1970, Tukums), was born.
