Yudovin Leyb-Leopold (1883)

Yudovin Leyb-Leopold (18.04.1883) – public figure. In 1905 he was an active member of “Histadrut HaTzionit” and of the Riga self-defense committee. In 1915 in Kharkov he organized the Jewish cooperative “Akhdut”; he later lived in Sevastopol and Feodosia, where he was an activist in the Zionist movement. In 1921—1930 he was a member of the board of the Riga “Histadrut HaTzionit” and actively supported “Hashomer Hatzair.” He was very active in “Kheyder Metukan.” He was a member of the Merchants' Union council and served on the tax inspection commission.
