Yudkin Vitaly Viktoriyevich (26.11.1971, Riga) — administrator. Son of Yudkin Viktoriy (1936, Zaporizhzhia) and Yudkina (née Elinson) Lyudmila (1937, Moscow). In 1987 he completed Riga's 70th secondary school. In 1991 he completed the Riga Industrial Polytechnic. From 1991 — administrator of the Latvian Professional Boxing Organization.
