Vorobeichik Iosif Gdalyevich (b. 21 May 1957, Riga) – technician-technologist in wool spinning production.
Iosif Vorobeichik was born into a family of employees. In 1976, he graduated from the Riga Technical College of Light Industry. That same year, he worked as an assistant foreman at the “Astotais Marts” (Eighth of March) industrial complex. From 1976 to 1978, he served in the Soviet Army in the Baltic Military District. Between 1978 and 1979, he resumed work as an assistant foreman at “Astotais Marts”, and later held various positions at the VEF production association: section dispatcher and work allocator at the “Tranzistors” plant, and forwarder in the Department of Material and Technical Supply (OMTS).
