Turova Bineta Isaevna (31 October 1921, Samarkand — 23 August 1999, Riga) — lawyer.
Bineta Turova worked in 1941–1942 as an economist in the NKVD department of Tashkent. In 1942, she was employed as an economist in the People’s Commissariat of Trade in Tashkent, and in 1943 worked as a commodities expert (tovaroved) in the ORS of the Authorized People’s Commissariat of Communications in Tashkent.
In 1948, she graduated from the Moscow Law Institute. From 1949 to 1963 and again from 1965 to 1999, she was a member of the Bar Association of the Latvian SSR. She worked at the 3rd Legal Consultation Office in Riga.
