Tsekun Simkha Saulovich (1922, Zilupe, LSSR – unknown). During the Second World War he served in the 191st Regiment of the Latvian Division. From 1945 to 1947 he worked at the Law School in Riga. From 1947 to 1953 he worked in the Prosecutor's Office of the Latvian SSR in Madona and Jēkabpils. From 1948 to 1953 he studied at the Moscow Correspondence Law Institute. From 1953 to 1956 he worked as head of the quality control department of the “Gaisma” artel in Ogre. From 1956 to 1960 he worked as warehouse manager of the “Mākslinieks” artel in Riga. From 1960 to 1961 – warehouse manager of the “Trud” combine. From 1961 he worked at the Riga Jewelry Factory.
