Saldus / Frauenburg
Born in 5644 (1884), to his father mentioned above. He studied at the Telshe yeshiva.
After his father moved to Bauska he filled his place here, in the years 5684–5694 (1924–1934), and from 5694 he served as rabbinic decisor in Bauska.
In his father's books, Torah novellae from him were printed (at the end of the book Shem Olam a halakhic teaching in his name was brought, and at the end of the book Darkhei Shalom aggadic teachings from him were brought).
