Stolbun Mark Iosifovich (7 January 1927, Donetsk) — electrical engineer.
From 1974 to 1975, Mark Stolbun worked as a senior research fellow. From 1975 to 1978, he served as head of the Department of Theoretical Foundations of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Machines. From 1978 to 1990, he was an associate professor at the Department of Theoretical Electronics and Electrification at the Tyumen Industrial Institute.
After retiring, in 1990 he moved to Latvia and lived in Jelgava. In 1991, he received permission to emigrate to Israel.
