Born on 24 Sivan 5630 (5 July 1870) in Mogilev, White Russia.
He served here in the rabbinate from 5674 (as a son-in-law filling his father-in-law's place), in place of his father-in-law (by first marriage), the aforementioned R. Yosef Rabinson.
He perished in the Holocaust.
Torah novellae from him were published in the monthly Knesset Yisrael, Adar I 5698.
