Aizpute / Hasenpoth
Born in the year 5640 (1880) in the city of Łomża and studied at the yeshiva there.
In the years 5666–5672 (1906–1912) he served as rabbi of Pāvilosta (Paulshafen), and in the years 5672–5691 (1912–1931) he served in the rabbinate here.
From the year 5692 (1932) onward he served as rabbi of Riebini (Rybnishtki).
He perished in the Holocaust.
