Shenberger Arkady Izrailevich (1.11.1946, Riga) — engineer.
Son of Shenberger Izrail (1907, Jaunjelgava) and Shenberger (Stein) Roza (1910, Jaunjelgava). In 1962—65 — worker at the Riga Popov Radio Plant. In 1964 he graduated from Riga's 24th Evening School. In 1965—67 — design technician at the VEF plant. In 1968 he completed 4 years of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the Riga Polytechnic Institute. From 1967 to the 1980s — engineer at the Latvian Computer Engineering and Information Science Association. His marriage to Vasilyeva Svetlana (1945, Riga) (dissolved in 1977) produced a son, Vasilyev Anatoly (1974, Riga). In his second marriage, to Yanushkovskaya Olga (1946, Moscow), a son, Shenberger Alexander (1983, Moscow), was born.
