Native of Vilkovishk. He studied at the yeshivas of Telshe and Slobodka.
Son-in-law of the aforementioned R. Lipman Rotzkin, and filled his place as rabbinic decisor.
He perished in the Holocaust before 17 Tammuz 5701 (12 July 1941).
