Rabinovich (Rabinowitsch) Efraim (9 May, Dundaga, Courland) - public figure and philanthropist.
Efraim Rabinovich lived in Riga from 1894. He was a member of the board of the Industrial Commission of Malbish Arumim, a member of the board of the Hebrew Gymnasium, and a board member of Gmilut Hesed at the community. During the war he was in Moscow, where he was also engaged in philanthropic activities.
