Rabinovich (née Kamsan) Alla Shabsovna (23.04.1946, Baku, Azerbaijan) — technician-technologist in the production of semiconductor devices.
Alla Rabinovich was born into a family of white-collar employees. In 1965, she married Moisei Aleksandrovich Rabinovich (1939, Chereya, Vitebsk Region), head of a bureau at the Riga Carriage Works (RVZ). In 1967, she graduated from the Riga Electromechanical Technical School.
