Peretzman (Peretzmann) Isaak Abramovich (1911, Dobele – 25 September 1938) — journalist.
Isaak Peretzman completed secondary school in Riga, where he became involved in the leftist movement and showed an early interest in journalism. In 1932, together with his wife Eida (née Berkovich), he responded to the Soviet government's call to help develop the Jewish Autonomous Region and moved to Birobidzhan.
He published articles in the newspaper Birobidzhaner Shtern, becoming a full-time staff member in 1935 and later head of the industrial department. His writings focused on the natural resources of the region, the hardships faced by pioneers in mines, factories, and newly founded collective farms, as well as administrative issues in Yiddish.
On 3 February 1938, he was arrested on charges of espionage. He was sentenced to death and executed on 25 September 1938 in Khabarovsk. He was posthumously rehabilitated on 4 June 1957.
In 1937, his book The Industrial Base of the Jewish Autonomous Region was published in Moscow by the Der Emes publishing house, in both Russian and Yiddish.
