Nise (Nisse) Aaron (1890, Jakobstadt) – engineer, public figure.
Aaron Nise graduated from the municipal school in Jakobstadt, then from secondary school as an external student. In 1910-1915, he studied economics in St. Petersburg. He wasw a member of the board of the Trade and Industry Union for many years. He was a member of the union's arbitration commission from its foundation. He also co-chaired the tax commission. He was one of the founders of Intelehants Bank and a permanent member of its board. He was an active member of the Jewish Polytechnic Society and founder of the society's mutual aid fund.
