Libman (Liebmann) (Fridberg) Miryama Davidovna (4 April 1916, Liepaja) — music worker.

Miryama Libman was born into the family of David Semenovich Fridberg (1888, Kandava, Latvia — 1942, place not specified) and Ida Markusovna Fridberg (1892, Aizpute, Latvia — 1966, Riga). She graduated from Ventspils Gymnasium (1934) while studying simultaneously at the People’s Conservatory (1931–1934). She was evacuated to Leninogorsk, Kazakh SSR, where she was a homemaker (1941–1944). After returning to Riga in 1944, she remained a homemaker until 1959. She worked as a music specialist at Riga Secondary School No. 22 (1959–1961), completed the evening music school at the Riga City Children’s Music School No. 1 (1961–1963), and worked as a music teacher at Kindergarten No. 65 (1963–1965) and Preschool Institution No. 155 (1965–1971).

In marriage with Mozus–Moisei Davidovich Libman (1911, Auce, Latvia — 1976, Israel), was born a son, Marek Mozusovich Libman (1940, Riga).

Note: Semen Moiseevich Libman (1933, Riga) lists M. D. Libman and M. D. Libman (Fridberg) as his parents. However, their documents contain no record of a son named Semen Moiseevich Libman.

In 1971 she received permission to emigrate to Israel, where since 1933 her husband’s cousin, Meir Germanovich Libman (1914, Riga), had lived.
