Katz Leonid Yefimovich (1973)

Katz Leonid Yefimovich (b. 26 September 1973, Riga).

Leonid Katz is the son of Vera (Izrets) Katz (b. 1949, Riga) and Yefim Katz (b. 1947, Riga). In 1990, he graduated from Riga Secondary School No. 76. The same year, he entered the Faculty of Chemistry at Riga Technical University. In 1992, Leonid Katz received permission to emigrate to the United States.
