Kamergorodsky Mikhail Viktorovich (17 March 1960, Riga).
Mikhail Kamergorodsky was the son of Viktor Kamergorodsky (1924, Odessa) and Tzviya Kamergorodskaya (née Martinson) (1931, Liepāja).
In 1977 he graduated from Riga Secondary School No. 35. In 1978 he worked as a draftsman-electrophotographer at the Riga Wagon Factory. From 1978 he was a quality control inspector at the VEF factory.
In 1979 he received permission to emigrate to Israel.
