Rogai
Born on 10 Tevet 5673 (20 December 1912) in Tukums. He studied at the yeshivas of Radin and Slobodka, and was ordained for halakhic rulings by R. Menachem Mendel Zak, rabbi of Riga.
From 24 Kislev 56941) (12 December 1933) he served as rabbi of the towns of Rogai, Tilza (Tilzhi), and Berzpils.
