Goltsman Grigory Vulfovich (b. 6 November 1926, Krustpils, Latvia) — civil servant.

Grigory Goltsman was born to Wulf Goltsman (who left the family in 1926; date of birth unrecorded) and Hana Goltsman (who died in Krustpils in 1928). He completed six years at Krustpils School in 1939, followed by two years at a vocational college (1939–1941). During the war, he was evacuated to Vyazniki, Ivanovo Oblast, working as a deckhand in river navigation (1941–1942). He later moved to Stalingrad Oblast and was employed on the Klara Zetkin kolkhoz (1942–1944). From 1944 to 1945, he served as a junior sergeant with the 233rd Guards Division in Hungary, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Yugoslavia.

After demobilisation due to wartime injuries, he returned to Krustpils and worked as a goods forwarder in the local consumer cooperative (1945–1947). Diagnosed with tuberculosis, he was unable to work between 1947 and 1950, before resuming his role as a forwarder (1950–1953). He continued in the same capacity in Nērate (1953–1956). Upon moving to Riga, he worked as a shop assistant at City Industrial Store No. 2 (1956–1961) and subsequently at “Shveyobuvtorg” (1961–1969).

In 1955, Grigory married Yakha Faivovna Goltsman (née Press) (b. 1932, Cēsis). They had two children: Philip Grigoryevich Goltsman (b. 1955, Riga) and Benita Grigoryevna Goltsman (b. 1960, Riga).

In 1969, Grigory Goltsman received permission to emigrate to Israel, where his brother Faivel Vulfovich Goltsman (b. 1923, Cēsis) resided. Faivel had been deported to the Riga Ghetto by the Nazis in 1941, subsequently taken to Germany, and later emigrated to Mandatory Palestine. He became the proprietor of a bicycle factory.
