Feigina (née Dovbinshtein) Polina Iosifovna (17 March 1916, Vinnytsia) — musician.

Polina Feigina was born into the family of an employee, Iosif Izrailevich Dovbinshtein (1874 – executed by the Nazis in 1941, Vinnytsia), and housewife Rakhil Moiseevna Dovbinshtein (1876 – executed by the Nazis in 1941, Vinnytsia).

She completed 7 classes of secondary school in 1931 (Vinnytsia), then moved to Moscow to live with her brother Moisei. She studied at a musical polytechnic (1931–1935) and until 1941 was dependent on her husband.

During World War II, she was evacuated to Ufa (Bashkir ASSR), where she gave private music lessons (1941–1943). After returning to Moscow, she studied at a music pedagogical college (1943–1944), worked as an accompanist at the Glazunov Music Theatre School (1944–1951), and as an accompanist at the Moscow City Music Pedagogical College (1951–1952).

After moving to Riga, she worked as an accompanist at the Jāzeps Mediņš Music College (1953–1971).

She was married to Semyon Solomonovich Feigin (1910, Chernihiv region). They had two daughters: Matilda Semyonovna Betsis (née Feigina) (1935, Vinnytsia) and Tamara Semyonovna Livshits (née Feigina) (1937, Moscow)

In 1972, Polina Feigina and Semyon Feigin adopted their grandson — Ilya Semyonovich Feigin (1960, Riga).

In 1973, she received permission to emigrate to Israel, where since 1945 lived her husband’s aunt (his father’s sister), Zaava Borisovna Zuler (née Feigina) (1904).
