Feigelman (Feigelmann) Zalman (Salman) (1 February 1884, Vilna Governorate) — public figure.
Until 1897, Zalman Feigelman studied at the Dvinsk Yeshiva. From 1901, he lived in Riga.
In 1915–1916, he was actively involved in the Refugee Aid Committee. In 1921, he was elected trustee of the Great Choral Synagogue, a position he held continuously until 1932.
He actively participated in the “Maos Chitim” campaigns (collection of funds for the poor for Passover). He was a member of the council of the First Savings Bank, a founder of a relief committee, and a member of the “Matan B’Seter” commissions (a form of anonymous charity in which aid is given without the recipient knowing the donor).
