In Kfar Chabad weekly, issue 1613, in an article by R. Chananya Yosef Eisenbach on R. Eliyahu Yosef Rivlin of Dribin, it is written: “From one of his signatures it appears he also served as rabbi of Dvinsk.” But this does not appear in other sources.
