Dvoyakin Grigorii Abramovich (1908 – unknown) — factory worker and former soldier.

Grigorii Abramovich Dvoyakin joined the Red Army in 1919 alongside his father and brother. Following demobilisation in 1921, he relocated to Daugavpils. In 1926, he became a member of the left‑wing group Enerģija, taking part in covert Komsomol activities. In 1929, he was arrested and sentenced to one year in prison. Upon release, he resumed his underground work and was re-arrested in 1932, receiving a four‑year sentence.

In April 1937, Dvoyakin was detained while distributing illegal communist literature. He escaped custody and remained in hiding until obtaining a passport and permission from the Central Committee of the International Red Aid (МОПР) to travel abroad. He emigrated to France and, while living in Paris, became an active member of the group Friends of the Baltic.

In 1940, he returned to Latvia. At the outbreak of the II World War, he rejoined the Red Army, was wounded, and in 1943 was demobilised as a second-class war invalid. He received two military medals for his injury and service.

From 1947, based in Riga, Grigorii Dvoyakin worked as a cutter, supervisor of the cutting shop at the Blazma textile factory, and later as a workshop manager at the Record and Rīgas Drebnieks factories.
