Delman Mikhail Zalmanovich (1937-1994)

Delman Mikhail Zalmanovich (b. 1937, Gomel, Belarus – d. 1994, [location unspecified]) — surgeon.

In 1960, he graduated from the Riga Medical Institute and was assigned to work in the town of Viļaka, Balvi District, Latvia. From 1964 to 1965, he served as Chief Medical Officer at the Balvi Central District Hospital. Between 1965 and 1974, he worked as a surgeon at the Daugavpils Central City Hospital, and from 1974 to 1982, he was Head of the Surgical Department at the Rēzekne Central Hospital. From 1982 until his death in 1994, he headed the Urology Department at the same hospital.
