Bril Zeno (27.06.1940, Chernivtsi, Ukrainian SSR) — electrician.
Zeno Bril was the son of Isai Bril (1894, village of Staneshty, Chernivtsi Region) and Erna Bril (née Wagner) (1900, Suceava, Romania). In 1941, Bril’s parents were administratively relocated to Tomsk Region. In 1960, he graduated from the Tomsk Electromechanical Technical School. From 1960 to 1962, worked as a laboratory assistant at the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute. In 1962, Bril moved to Riga. From 1962, worked as an electrician and engineer at the REZ Plant. In 1965, Zeno Bril received permission to emigrate to Israel.
