Blekhman (Blechman) Alfred (13/11/1889, Riga) – engineer and public figure.
Alfred Blekhman graduated from the Higher Commercial School in Antwerp and the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute with a degree in metallurgical engineering. He served as a board member of the Jewish Polytechnic Society and as a board member of the Trade and Industrial Society on the tax commission.
