Beilin Miron Borisovich (7 May 1922, Petrograd, now St. Petersburg) – employee.

Miron Beilin was born into the family of Bentsion-Boris Zelikovich Beilin(1893, Disna, Belarus – 1946, Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai), a timber trader, and Frida Davidovna Beilina (1892, Lepel, Belarus – 1948, Kansk). He completed his education at the Ezra Jewish School in Riga (1928–1939) and, in 1940, enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering at the Latvian State University.

In 1941, as a member of the family of a major timber merchant (with an annual turnover of 130,000 lats), Miron Beilin was exiled along with his parents and brother to Abar, Aban District, Krasnoyarsk Krai, where he worked as a labourer at a district collective farm school. In 1942, the family was relocated to the Far North, settling in Dorofeevka, Ust-Yenisei District, Krasnoyarsk Krai, where Miron worked as a fisherman at the Ashmarin Fish Factory (1942–1943).

He was later moved again, this time to Khatanga, Krasnoyarsk Krai, where he worked as a labourer at the Khatanga Fish Factory (1943). From 1943 to 1946, he served as an accountant at the Stalin Kolkhoz in the Mutino Trading Post, Khatanga District.

In 1946, Miron Beilin moved to Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, where he worked as an accountant at the local Special Trade Department (1946–1948), then as head of procurement and sales at the City Food Combine (1948). From 1949 to 1956, he worked as a planner at the Food Industry Artel. In 1954, he was officially removed from the special settlement register.

After relocating to Riga, he worked as an accountant and foreman at the Metal Processing Plant (1956–1964). He was then transferred to the Darba Spars Factory, where he worked as an engineer-economist, deputy chief accountant, head of the Economic Analysis Bureau, and head of the Sales Department (1964–1974).

Miron Beilin was married to Raisa Abramovna Beilina (Shlezinger) (born 1921, Riga), and they had two daughters: Zhanna Mironovna Beilina (born 1946, Mutino Trading Post, Khatanga District, Krasnoyarsk Krai) and Gutman (Beilina) Abira Mironovna (born 1950, Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai).
